Free Motion

スライドの駆動部をサーボモータで制禦することでモーション(スピード・位置・加圧力)を任意に設定する事が出(chū)來(lái)ます。

As controlling slide drives by a servo motor, slide motions (speed, position and processing load) can be set freely. Free motion enable both high-speed production and high-accuracy production.

高精度

High Accuracy

リニアスケールによるフルクローズドフィードバック制禦により、下死點精度は常にミクロンオーダー。製品のばらつきを抑え、不(bù)良品の発生を防止します。

Thanks to full-closed feedback control using linear sensors, bottom dead center accuracy is in the micron order. This reduces the lack of product uniformity and minimizes the production of defective products.

低騒音

Low Noise

低騒音モーションにより、従來(lái)のメカプレスに比べ大(dà)幅に騒音が減少。防音ボックス相當の低騒音を実現します。また、金型の振動が少ない為、金型壽命も大(dà)幅に向上(shàng)します。

Thanks to the low noise motion, a major decrease in noise over conventional mechanical press have been achieved. A low noise level equivalent to a box has been attained. As die vibration is low, die life has been greatly extended.
